TRAINING OVERVIEW

Our Training Groundwork

Training is essential to every work we do for Jesus. Our training starts with having every trainee actively participating in our Prayer Base. It is given that every church, seminary, Bible institute, Christian mentoring, disciple making and so forth offer some sort of class training.

So does our method. However, what differentiates us from other church planting platforms is that we train those the Lord has already called into ministry. In other words we train while the person is already implementing their ministry. That alone guarantees the success of our church planting movement and training curriculums. Our rate of effectiveness with a trainee is close 100%. We only train those who have demonstrated aptitude to ministry and are connecting with people for Kingdom Expansion through submission and obedience to Jesus..   We learned this after we spent years understanding how Lord uses people for His Kingdom, as the Lord said in Luke 10:1 “that he [Jesus] sent the 70 disciples two by two to all villages and places he [Jesus] was about to go.”

We have specific and hands-on training to all modalities: DBS (Discovery Bible Study), Church Planting, and Family Ministries.

The Harvest is our end result

Jesus words were “the harvest is great, but the workers are few…”
(Luke 10:1)

This verse gets often misunderstood. Jesus said the harvest is great. That means, the crops are ready for harvesting and we don’t have enough workers to reap the crops.

If we need workers, they are not just workers, but it is necessary qualified workers specialized in harvesting the crops. Thus, it becomes crucial the training of each worker to precisely perform as trained, so the end result will be a great harvest.

Church Planting
Training

If you are sensing love towards those that do not know Jesus and a burden to start a ministry among those far from God, we want to train you in the most effective way to reach thousands of people and assemble them into groups and churches.

Multiplication Training

Through the 1000 Churches initiative, we have been able to mobilize and train hundreds of obedient disciples as they in turn are also training others in how to start church planting. Perhaps the Lord Jesus is calling you, and we want to train you so you train disciples others to multiply.

Journey towards ordination

If you are a church planter or are leading a church but you have not been ordained yet, we have a path through which you may become ordained in ministry as you continue to lead your church. Contact us and we will guide you with the necessary training and resources as you continue your ministerial calling
